These Affiliate Program Terms (“Agreement”) govern participation in the affiliate program (“Program”) operated by FansMetric (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), a SaaS platform providing CRM and management tools for creator agencies.
By enrolling or continuing participation in the Program, you (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these terms.
To become an Affiliate, you must submit a valid application through our affiliate platform or portal. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.
A “Qualified Referral” means a new customer who:
Signs up for a paid subscription to our platform via your unique referral link, and
Remains an active paying customer for at least one billing period.
Referrals made through self-referral, spam, coupon sites, or misleading methods will not qualify.
You will receive a 30% commission on the net revenue generated from each Qualified Referral’s paid subscription for the first 18 months following that customer’s initial payment.
After 18 months, no further commissions will accrue for that customer.
“Net revenue” excludes refunds, chargebacks, taxes, and payment processing fees.
Commissions are calculated monthly and paid approximately 30 days after the end of each month, subject to a minimum payout threshold of [insert amount].
We reserve the right to:
Modify the commission rate, duration, or structure;
Terminate this Program entirely; or
Remove any Affiliate from participation,
at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
If the Program is terminated or your participation ends, commissions will be paid only for Qualified Referrals accrued up to the effective date of termination, subject to Section 3 above.
Affiliates may not:
Misrepresent the Company, its services, or pricing;
Bid on our brand keywords in paid search;
Use spam, unsolicited emails, or deceptive tactics to generate referrals; or
Impersonate the Company or act as its agent.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.
You are an independent contractor and not an employee, partner, or agent of the Company. Nothing in this Agreement creates any joint venture or employment relationship.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Program.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of [Your State/Country], without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
This document constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company concerning the Affiliate Program and supersedes any prior communications or representations.
By continuing to participate in the Program after the “Last Updated” date, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
